Getting Started with HQ+ - Stage 2

Let's get a little deeper into HQ+!
Learn how to view and use the OTP/2FA, Accounts page, Funds transfer, and transactions.

OTP/2FA

Step 1:

The OTP/2FA (One Time Password, Two Factor Authentication) is an optional security feature on HQ+ that ensure nobody but you can login to your account.

In the HQ+ menu click on the 'ACTIVATE OTP/2FA', or click 'ACCOUNT' and follow the link in your account page.

Step 2:

Enter your mobile number including the country code, and click 'Send OTP'

Once you have revieved the OTP via sms, enter the 4 digit passcode and click 'ACTIVATE'

Step 3:

Login to your HQ+ account as normal, and you will receive an OTP via SMS. Enter this into the box provided and click 'VERIFY'

Change your Subscription

Step 4:

To change your subscription go to the Account Page and click billing portal.

Note: if this does not appear, please lodge a ticket at headquarter.io/support

Step 5:

Select the subscription you want, then click subscribe. If you are upgrading this will take you to the Stripe portal to complete your transaction.

Note: If you are downgrading your subscription, you will remain on your current payment level until the end of the billing period.

Purchase Postcard Credits

Step 6:

To purchase postcard credits click the 'HQ-POSTCARDS Portal' on the Account page. Then select the amount of credits you wish to purchase. If you wish to make a larger purchase, please lodge a ticket at headquarter.io/support

Postcard Credit Transfer

Step 7:

To transfer Postcard Credits to another HQ+ user, Click 'FUND TRANSFER' in the HQ+ menu, then enter the username of the person you wish to transfer the credits too, add the amount of credits and click 'TRANSFER NOW'

Step 8:

Transaction History

To check your transactions click Transactions in the HQ+ menu

Here is a guide to what the different types of transactions you will see:

'Received' - This indicates an amount of postcard credits you have received and who from.

'hq-postcard' - This indicates an ad-hoc postcard being sent from the 'Event Postcards' tool. It shows the recipient and the cost.

'FP BD card' - This indicates an automated birthday card being sent, the recipient and the cost.

'FP Review' - This indicates an automated review card being sent, the recipient and the cost.

'Transferred' - This indicates and amount of Postcard credits you have sent and the recipient.
