In this article we will explain the process for anyone with a lapsed Headquarter account to sign up to a Headquarter Plus account.

Please note: All lapsed HQ accounts will need to go through this process, and will be subject to the current pricing.

Fill out the form as provided by the HQ+ sales agent then click 'Submit'.

On the next page, where it says 'Already have an account?' click 'Sign In'.

Once you have signed in, go to the accounts page and click 'Enable Two-factor Authentication' 

On the pop-up select 'Request Verification Email'

Go to your email and select 'Verify Email Address'

Go back into your HQ accounts page and click on 'Billing Portal'

Select your desired subscription and click 'Subscribe'

Fill out your details in the Stripe billing portal
