Is there a demo account I can try?
If you'd like a look around inside HQ+, please sign up for a free 6 month subscription. This will give you a free web profile and wall of trust, and you'll be able to see the full list of tools.
I am a previous HQ user, How do I re-subscribe?
I had postcard credits in my old HQ account, can I still use them?
Yes. Use the same email to sign in and re-subscribe, and all your postcard credits will still be in your account.
Is it compulsory to use my work email to sign up to HQ+?
Yes. This is important for both communication and regulatory compliance reasons.
Is there training available to get me started?
We also have a library of training videos that can be accessed through the Knowledge Base.

HQ FirstPage is a reminder system that helps your prioritize your daily tasks. It is your focused to-do list of birthday and review items that you can take action on to open up sales opportunities and conversations every day. These reminders are based on the information entered into each of your clients Contact Details.
How do automated birthday and review cards work?
Automated birthday and review cards are sent based on the relevant dates in the individual contacts details. Designs are default, based on age and gender. If you select "yes" for sending cards on your settings page, physical birthday/review cards will be printed and sent out on your behalf 5 to 7 working days before the actual birthday/review date. You will be prompted to make card-sending decisions 21 days before the actual birthday/review date. These physical cards are printed, wrapped in plastic sleeves, stamped and mailed out on your behalf.
Can I send cards of my own design on an ad hoc basis?
Yes. Go to 'Event Postcards' in the HQ+ menu. You can upload your own images and enter custom text.
If you can create a CSV with the relevant data, this can be bulk uploaded. Otherwise you will have to enter them individually. Always remember, the more time you put into HQ+, the more you'll get out of it!
There are 2 ways to add in contacts - By uploading a spreadsheet of contacts (in CSV file format), or adding in one-by-one into HQ Contacts.

Like any database, your HQ+ contacts is only as good as it is correct and up to date. Once your initial import of contacts is done, simply add activity notes and update your clients details when you interact with them.
How does the Newsletter work?
A monthly newsletter will be automatically sent to your clients & prospects on the first Tuesday every month If in your account settings you've selected 'Enable Newsletters', . You will be able to review the newsletter before it's sent from the last Tuesday of every month in the HQ+ menu under 'Monthly Newsletter'. The return address and relevant direct messaging will be from you. There is also an option to send the newsletter via WhatsApp/Telegram/any social media platform as a URL, For e.g: https://joantong.assured.sg/n/bright-brainy-beautiful-living Can I choose the Newsletter audience and content?
Currently no. However keep an eye out for our new Agency Campaign, which is a way of achieving that within the compliance regulations.

What is the new pricing for HQ+
There are 2 prices and a free trial option available for the HQ+ subscription.
Free trial - 6 months use of the Web Profile and Wall of Trust tools. For first time users only.
Monthly payment - $100per month
Yearly - $950per year (Avg out to $79per month)
I have an existing HQ subscription, do I have to pay more?
No. Not yet. All existing, standard renewal subscriptions will be renewed at their previous price until June 1st 2025. This DOES NOT include wholesale subscriptions and special bulk purchases. In these inquire cases please lodge a ticket at headquarter.io/support.

White labelling
What is White labelling?
White labelling is where we replace the HQ+ logos and URLs at an agency level with custom ones. This way you and your whole team experience HQ+ as a personalised system.
How do I get my agency 'white labelled'?
Easy, go to headquarter.io/support and lodge a ticket under the sub category of pricing and subscriptions. Let us know all the details of your agency and how many agents there are, and we will guide you through the process.
How much does White Labelling cost?

Payments
How does HQ+ take payments?
HQ+ uses Stripe for all their payments. We have chosen Stripe because it has world leading functions and security.
Does HQ+ store my credit card details?
No. Payments are administered through the Stripe system, and HQ+ doesn't retain any of your credit card details.
Can I turn off auto-renewal?
Yes.
Refunds
Do Headquarter offer refunds?
Headquarter only offers prorated refunds under extraordinary circumstances. To learn more please check our refund policy in our Terms Of Service I was not aware of the auto-renewal. Can I get a refund?
Your HQ+ subscription is on auto-renewal to ensure there is no service disruption. Every user who has upcoming auto-renewal will receive SMS and email reminders to update them on the upcoming transaction. Should you not wish to renew, it is advisable to write in to us at support@headquarter.io at least 1 week before your account expiry date. Please more here on HQ+'s refund policy: https://headquarter.io/terms Can I withdraw my postcard credits?
No, HQ+ postcard credits cannot be refunded or withdrawn. You can however transfer them to another user with the 'Funds Transfer' tool in the HQ+ menu.
